What our session will look like
My sessions are tailored to consider the person as they are. I don’t offer a one size fits all experience. We work together and take our time to understand what the body needs. This may include incorporating refomer or mat pilates, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, cardio and even more in-depth nutrition guidance. I prefer not to put limitations on what the person needs and discover what is possible. The most common thing I hear from the people I work with, is how differently I approach health and fitness. That they’ve never had an instructor who took so much time to explain things and get them excited about coming to their next session.
