Mat Pilates
Enjoy this intensive mat-work Pilates workout, with a focus on stabilising and strengthening core and abdominal muscles. I incorporate supporting muscle groups to ensure that your movements are well-rounded and you can tune into all the sensations. Take your time and remember to ease into it with modification’s where needed!
Barre Class
This class is going to leave you with a toned toosh and engage muscles you might not know you have! This is a minimal equipment required session and can easily be adapted for a great home workout. All levels are welcome here and you will be enjoying the after effects for the days to come!
Hip stretch
In this session, I will take you through amazing hip opening movements that help stretch and tone the lower body. This class is perfect for anyone who has an office job or finds themselves sitting a lot more. The hips often cause system tightness and it is important that we take the time to move and lengthen in a way that honors the body.
