Yoga like you’ve never tried before
A new way to practice
After an intensive few months of study and practice with the Light Collective, I decided that what I have learned is too valuable NOT to share. I am taking people on a journey of authentic yoga practices, which have roots that are thousands of years old. It transcends our modern interpretation of yoga, releasing our fixation on how it makes us look and instead leans into an experience of how it makes us FEEL.

Learn a new style of yoga
Kriya

Kriya practice is an ancient meditative system that purifies the mind and body by circulating life force (prana) through the spine. Combining breathwork, mantras, and focused awareness, it is designed to accelerate spiritual growth, calm the nervous system, and help practitioners achieve deep meditative states quickly.
Pranayama
Pranayama is an ancient yogic practice of controlling the breath, the vital life force (prana). It combines conscious inhalation, retention, and exhalation. Its primary goals are to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and balance the body’s energy
Asana
Asana practice refers to the physical postures of yoga. Rooted in ancient tradition, it balances steady strength (sthira) and comfortable ease (sukha). It builds physical strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, while serving as mental preparation for deeper meditation and breath control.

Mantra
Mantra practice is a meditation technique that involves the rhythmic, continuous repetition of a word, phrase, or sound. By occupying the mind’s verbal channel, it prevents wandering thoughts, steadying attention, deepening focus, and cultivating positive emotional states like calm, compassion, and resilience
Book now for august 2026 intake
For the month of August, I will be offering students the opportunity to work with me on introductory practices. This is a way to build confidence and learn how to correctly utilise the practices in a class setting. I only have limited places available and they are filling up faster than I expected.
